This new waterfront development will consist of 10 private, wooded homesites plus 5 cottage sites. It’s name was inspired by the still waters in the large cove surrounded by Alabama Power Property. This neighborhood has a private boat ramp and boat storage area for its residents. Another plus is covered boat houses are allowed.
