The neighborhood of Windover on Lake Martin offers secluded waterfront homes for sale on large waterfront lots. This older Russell Lands neighborhood has canopied streets giving the homes privacy. Windover is a mix of vacation homes and full-time residences in a great central location. Marinas and restaurants are a short drive or boat ride away.

This is the location for 4th of July firework and famous artist Zac Brown, Los Lonely Boys, and Sister Hazel have performed there.
