View homes for sale in Windermere on Lake Martin. Windermere an early Russell Lands on Lake Martin neighborhood developed in 1973 and not to be confused with Windermere West. Windermere offers a broad mix of homes styles and price ranges. Being an older Russell Lands development it has large lots with mild slope and big water views. One of my favorite things about this Lake Martin neighborhood are the meandering tree lined roads. There is also a community boat ramp for the convenience of residents.

Windermere is in close proximity to Russell Crossroads. Russell Crossroads is a town center with Catherine’s Market, SpringHouse restaurant and the Stables just minutes away. Catherine’s Market offers a little bit of everything with a bakery, cafe, market and catering. SpringHouse offers Rustic Casual Fine Dining. The back deck has great views and is perfect spot for dinner with friends or Sunday brunch. The AMP is another great spot just a few miles up the road. The location for 4th of July firework and famous artist Zac Brown, Los Lonely Boys, and Sister Hazel have performed there.
