Higher Winter Water Level Approved by FERC
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has approved a new winter Lake Martin water level of 483′ MSL (the old lake level was 480′ MSL). This will extend the lake season by 6 weeks.” The lake will stay at full pool until October 15th, given ample water supply, which is roughly a 6 week extension of the “Season”.
